Order Information Required:

Terms
Net (30) days from date of invoice.
At Tappan Wire & Cables discretion, required method of payment may be an irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Wire Transfer, drawn on a bank acceptable to Tappan Wire & Cable.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will apply for all unpaid undisputed items.

Minimum Order:
$250.00
Please consult factory for minimum order requirements on special manufacturing orders.

Shipping Tolerance:
+/- 10% unless specified or otherwise agreed. On special manufacturing orders, customer agrees to accept all lengths generated.

Lead times:
Delivery on standard stock items is Stock Subject to Prior Sale. If stock is depleted, or if special manufacturing items are ordered, lead time is based on open capacity at time of order.

Packaging:
Available in reels/boxes, 500',1000', customer specified or longest lengths.

Cutting Charges:
Order specific - no charge for standard lengths.

Freight Policy
All shipments will be FOB shipping location. Freight terms will be as provided on the quotation.

Prepaid & Allowed Terms:
$3500 - Low Voltage except cables listed below:
$10,000 - PLTC, Control & Tray Cable, Armored Products, & other Industrial Cables

When freight is quoted prepaid and allowed, it shall apply only for destinations within the continental United States and for shipment to one shipping location.

Shipments under the prepaid and allowed parameter will be shipped either freight collect or with freight charges prepaid and charged to the customer. Tappan Wire & Cable will ship via conventional methods unless otherwise specified.

Customer is responsible for material identification, footage count and visual inspection for damage upon receipt of shipment. Notification of shortage must be made within 7 days of date of delivery.

Stocking Locations:
New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles

Special Equipment/Routing
Additional charges will apply to open top trailers or flat beds. Special routing may incur additional charges. Hydraulic Lift gate: Add $150.00 to order

Acceptance:
All prices are valid for the period indicated on our quotation. Quotations are subject to change during that time upon notice by Tappan Wire & Cable.

Returns:
Authorization to return material must be obtained prior to its' return. Tappan Wire will consider return of material, subject to a negotiated restocking charge, and review of the resale ability of the product.

Cable that is not currently a standard stock inventoried item, or any cable that has been cut or altered after delivery, and/or is in non-sellable lengths, is not subject to return.   In addition, any stock cable that is older than (90) ninety days, is not subject to return.

Cable that is being returned because of defects in materials or workmanship, as determined in Tappan Wire & Cable's warranty, and have been granted an authorization to return the cable for inspection, is not subject to restocking charges.

Refunds:
No cash refunds. All monies for legitimate returns or credits will be applied to current account balances for future purchases.

Cancellations:
Cancellations of orders can only be done with the express approval of Tappan Wire & Cable. A written request must be made. Cancellation charges, based on the construction of the cable, and/or where the product is in the manufacturing cycle, shall be taken into consideration in the calculation of cancellation charges.
